FORMAT - The Music Worcester, Inc. Festival Program Book is a glossy, souvenir-quality publication

The Program Book, 81/4" x 103/4", will be 35-50 pages with editorial information interspersed with advertising. Full color available for covers and throughout the entire book. Printed on coated stock.

CIRCULATION / READERSHIP

The Program Book will be distributed free of charge at all Music Worcester concerts during the 2010/2011 season. Our concerts attract a well-educated business and professional audience of over 20,000 from central New England, the MetroWest, and throughout New England. As many of our patrons attend more than one concert, your ad will have the advantage of continued reinforcement.

ADVERTISING RATES - Program Book Advertisers receive 10% off the price of any web page ad - a great way to increase your exposure through Music Worcester, Inc.

Rates apply to printer-ready ads and include full season distribution. Any ad layout costs for non-camera ready copy will be billed to the advertiser.

Spot Color

Black & White rate plus an additional $300

Full Page (bleed)  = 81/2" 11"

PRODUCTION INFORMATION

Supply all ads as printer-ready Quark, PageMaker, Illustrator, Freehand, Photoshop or PDF files on Mac floppy /Zip

disks or CD. Disks should contain all copy, fonts and graphics (photos should be at least 300 dpi). Electronic trapping

to be done by printer. Files under 5MB may be e-mailed to cherie [at] musicworcester [dot] org.

A hard copy must be sent with all ads.  If an ad is e-mailed, send a hard copy separately.

Note: If you would like to use the same ad as last year, or make a minor change to the copy, please call or e-mail to see whether new materials will be necessary or not.

AD RESERVATIONS

Reservations made in order of receipt.  Your contract secures your space.

ADVERTISING DEADLINE:  All materials due by August 12, 2010.

Music Worcester, Inc., the non-profit presenter of the Worcester Music Festival, International Artists Series and Mass Jazz Festival, is now accepting new advertisers for its 151st Season.

The Program Book will be distributed free of charge at all Music Worcester concerts from October 2010 hrough May or June of 2011.  Advertising in our Program Book helps to support Music Worcester's programs and brings your advertisement to an audience of over 15,000.
