Mechanics Hall—stunningly elegant, flawless acoustics and grand architectural design. Its walls speak of great artists and memorable events of international renown.

Parking

There is no dedicated parking for the Hall. Limited on-street parking is available. The nearest parking lots are on Waldo Street, Exchange Street, Central Street and Main Street—all of which charge fees to park (usually $10-15 range) and are very close to the Main Street or Waldo Street entrances. The Pearl & Elm Street Garage may also be available. Please call to confirm that it will be open late enough on concert nights. 508.799.1463.

Inside Mechanics Hall

The front entrance to the Hall is on Main Street. The rear entrance is on Waldo Street and the elevator is located to the immediate right. The Mechanics Hall box office is straight ahead. If tickets are being held for you, this is where you may pick them up. Concerts are held in the Great Hall on the third level (floor seating) and the fourth level (balcony seating). Walk up the grand staircase, or take the elevator to level three. Note: the elevator does not go to the balcony level. Refreshments and the coatroom are located on the second level. Restrooms are located on the second and fourth levels.
